Thanks for the update.
I did the upgrade: 4.0.1 was a pain!
I got used to the 4.1 now (way better than 4.0.1 but still not at the same speed as with 3.1.2 )
With multitasking disabled on the 3G, 4.1 is ok.
Maybe faster with the new 4.2...hopefully.
